臺中市南屯區在清初已開發,亦即名聲響亮的犁頭店街。本照片呈示了昭和20(1945)年南屯區青年奉仕活動,義務奉獻的一個寫照。照片中最右側部分為「信用購買利用組合」即今南屯農會辦事處。最左側則為三角街仔的中心點─土地公仔店。
趙作霖像

趙水木的父親趙作霖,於1915年所攝,衣著為清代的男性正裝。
趙作霖居住於臺中梅枝町,是作家趙天儀的祖父,在日治時期開設「濟生藥房」(現中區成功路84號),為當時少數具有正統執照的中醫師藥館,後由徒弟接手經營。
