藏品為模型，附弓弦葉糊風等，紮二個邊長48.0cm之正方形細竹架，各橫紮六根細竹，迎風面另豎紮二竹及斜紮四竹呈「井」字形，取乾香蕉葉，粘貼成與竹架同大小正中留一長18.0cm，寬3.0cm之空間，夾於二架間，以細麻繩將二竹架繞紮，在迎風面適當之三處繫繩，與放風箏之繩連接。

藏品之右端前半及左端後半削薄，中間穿一孔，插竹枝，將此插於竹管中，距竹管頂5.0cm處，挖一長2.7cm，寬1.5cm之孔，插於管中之竹枝，在此孔處刻線，繫麻繩，圈繞於竹枝上，末端由孔穿出，玩時左手執竹管，右手抽繩，一拉一鬆，內之竹枝即旋轉而葉狀竹片向外飛出。
