陶甕統稱為djilung，而djilung又分為多種，有較高貴的家傳古陶甕叫做dredretan，有較近代的平地交易的古甕pangsiljan(耳甕)、djupeneq(大酒甕)、liljualjuas(荷蘭甕)等種類繁多。

這是任先民先生在民國46年間於屏東縣進行排灣族陶壺調查時，所見到的唯一一件雙唇陶壺，為平和村頭目蔣秀菊家所收藏，四個帶眼圓圈室表是頭目家祖先的人頭，據當時任先生調查，在陶壺上意義有涉及「人」的圖紋實屬少見。

藏品為黑色陶罐，口部邊緣不太光滑，靠頸部之下有二排小圓圈的花紋。
