年祭中青少年諷刺老人歌

這是一首年祭期間青少年組（takobakoban）在聚會所（takoban）煮飯，準備請老人組（lakanna）前往吃飯。可是老人家們卻想先讓青少年先吃，而老人們無非想吃那留在鍋底的鍋巴（kia aden）。因此青少年洞悉了老人們的計策時，就唱了這首歌來諷刺他們。

這是一首獵人們從獵場回到部落後，婦女們在歡祝獵隊凱旋的聚會上所唱的不牽手而只歌唱的malikasau。歌曲是使用男族人喜歡用的形式：不斷反覆一段特定旋律，而該段旋律前半段是用實詞演唱，後半段則改用無意義的虛詞母音演唱。
乞雨歌

當部落乾旱缺水時，族人就會由女巫婆群組成的乞雨隊，在大巫婆的率領下，來到河邊。每人手上拿著一副鐵鐘（dauliu），一面敲著dauliu，一面在大巫婆的領唱下齊誦。

描述獵人上山打獵一去已經數月了，仍然毫無音訊。獵人的眷屬們每天望著高聳的山脊，什麼蹤影也沒有，只望見遠處火光粼粼，焦急思念之情溢於言表。

全曲是由A、B二段組成的基本曲調下重覆八次。A段又分成兩句，前一句由領唱者演唱，後一句則眾人一起和腔重覆第一句的歌詞；B段是完全用虛詞母音來演唱。
夫妻吵架之歌

bakan naui小時候，有一天她聽到爸爸aui bakan和媽媽 dabas aui在吵架，媽媽就很生氣的唱了這首歌，來質問她爸爸。媽媽並且告訴爸爸人生短暫，把精力花在吵架上實在是沒有意義。長大後，她也學會了這首歌。
情歌對唱

這也是一首情歌，只是演唱的地點是在山郊野地，一對青年男女約好了在河邊約會，但是這位女子卻找不到她的心上人，於是她就用山歌對唱的方式，一面呼喚心上人的名字，一面唱起這首uyas muskuhun。

南投縣仁愛鄉南豐村泰雅族傳統詞曲
這首是一首典型的即興式泰雅族民歌。當筆者去拜訪lubi lobo女士時，她很高興的把她內心的感受唱了出來。歌詞是現場即興之作，因此過去使用泰雅古語演唱的歌謠，已變成了日常用語。

新竹縣五峰鄉清泉村泰雅族傳統詞曲
泰雅族霧社群稱兒歌為uyas laqi，但是在泰雅傳統歌謠中，兒歌的數量極少。這首五峰鄉清泉村kanabai群泰雅族婦女所唱的兒歌，曲調仍是屬於泰雅族人慣用的四度三聲音階，但是節奏的特徵卻是族人較少使用的節奏。
