1.本物件為以始政四十周年紀念臺灣博覽會，第二會場國防館為主題之明信片，其正面為國防館黑白照片，畫面中右側則為國防館，可見其建築外觀呈現橫條紋樣式，入口上方有「國防館」字樣，畫面左側可見第二文化施設館，入口處旁有「第二文化施設館」字樣，館的正上方插有日本國旗，明信片下方有「（始政四十周年記念臺灣博覽
