青花爵杯搭配山形托盤首見於明代永樂時期。爵杯仿青銅爵器形，前有橢圓流，後帶尖形尾，左右有雙柱立於口沿，器腹下承三足。托盤折沿、平底，底有四如意形足，盤中央突起一座三山形支柱，三山之間略凹並有三孔隙，供瓷爵的腹部及三足歇放，所以也稱「歇爵山盤」。
