中央研究院開放博物館(openmuseum.tw)結合典藏、展示與應用三大功能，以開放的授權方式匯集並展現國內外開放資源與各單位、藏家的珍貴典藏，透過多向度、多維度的數位展示，讓知識在線上自由流通，相互豐富。

The Academia Sinica Open Museum (openmuseum.tw) combines functions for collection, curation, and display. Through open licensing methods, it gathers open resources across international borders, and presents valuable archives belonging to organizations and private collectors. Its multi-faceted, multi-dimensional, digital display enables the free circulation and mutual enrichment of knowledge online.

2021年518國際博物館日，為推廣典藏於日常之間的觀賞、對話與互動，以｢挖寶」為主題，融會各單位的藏品於日常及想像的畫面之中，邀請觀眾進一步觸及這些國家的珍寶。

May 18, 2021 is International Museum Day. To promote appreciation and dialogue around museum collections, Open Museum has adopted the theme of “Treasure Hunt,” embedding various museum artworks and artifacts into fantastic scenery to invite visitors to uncover for themselves the treasures of Taiwan.
