"<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>圖中所見為塭豐海堤之一隅，其上可見尚未移除的私設海水管線。1970年代養殖漁業快速發展，地層下陷加上颱風引起的大浪屢次破堤，政府於1981年重新鞏固、提高既有的海堤，完成總長三公里多的塭豐海堤。但由於塭豐村並不是傳統養殖區，缺乏引海水入提內的渠道，養殖戶為取得乾淨海水，遂自沙灘鑽井抽取砂層過濾的海水，再沿海堤建管線以引水入塭，因此會看見管線蔓延海堤的情形。<br><br>這些管線再埋設於農地重劃後四通八達的公共道路下方，接往用戶魚塭。海水供應站工程單位於2013年施作時發現路面下方埋設的私人管線達200支以上。圖中也可見海堤分隔的兩端路面高低差：堤外沙灘高，而堤內路面低。</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><div><div><div><div></div></div></div></div></div>",  <br><br>以養殖漁業聞名的塭豐村，其代表性食物莫過於鮪魚飯湯。有魚有肉還有湯，既可以採飯湯分離，也可以採湯泡飯的方式，獲得體力勞動所需要的熱量。關於飯湯的起源，據村內長者說是農業種稻時代就開始了，倒不特別是因為從事漁業，長期接觸水面，需要暖身的緣故。 "供奉觀音佛祖的慈慧宮是塭豐村的公廟。據傳在清朝初年，隨渡海來臺的居民隨身攜帶觀音佛祖金身，此後先是供奉於家中。不久，信眾漸多，於是於清道光四年（1824）建廟供奉。此後，於日治時期間第一次重建，並稱之為「慈慧宮」。第二次重建後，由於養殖業發達，地層下陷嚴重，每逢大雨便進水，信眾商議之後決定墊高地基。後又因為施工不良，導致屋頂傾斜漏雨，埋下第三次重建之因。2007年，居民決議第三次重建，但因為方位的爭議，後又因為遭遇八八水災，而工程延宕。終於在庄內人士捐贈和奔波下，於2011年完工。", "在收成的時節，塭主需要雇用俗稱「網仔工」的漁工協助。漁工通常以四到五人為一班，一員為班長。圖中的漁工正在收成的是青斑，漁工在池中將長方型「網斗」內的魚分批撈出，辨別尺寸後將合格者丟入池中的「浮籠」，不合格者則丟回池中繼續飼養，直待能賣出好價錢。然而，微妙的是，漁工的工資雖然是塭主所支付，但是漁工上工的地點卻是通路商所分配。由於魚價是根據尺寸所決定，不到一斤的「八分魚」青斑價格會比超過一斤的尺寸單位售價高。有時候塭主會認為漁工偏向通路商，把一些八分魚分類為較低單價的尺寸，但卻不能抱怨，儘管塭主是實際的工資支付者。",
