"title": "M40馬車復原/就M40中的遺跡復原而成的殷代的車，配以現代的馬",
"desc": "馬車研究最熱門的問題之一，就是馬車結構的復原。1930年代史語所在殷墟發掘出商代馬車後，研究員就展開了復原的工作。因為馬車經過拆解後再埋入，且木結構已腐朽，石璋如先生從遺址出土的青銅車馬器分布位置，結合田野工作中所見的木構及馬骨的遺跡，對M040的馬車進行復原。\n\n在確認馬車結構後，石先生請來了工匠打造小屯墓M040出土的馬車，為了測試馬車是否能載三個人，他到圓山馬場租了兩匹馬並親自試乘。一開始馬兒不跑就是不跑，嗯…原來是軛把馬被磨傷了，在馬背上墊一層護套後，馬拉著車前進後退都不成問題，太神奇了！\n\n隨著更多新的考古工作發掘出的商周馬車，研究者越來越確定馬車的結構及形式。一般而言，門都是朝後的，眼尖的您，是否注意到照片中的馬車，車門怎麼朝前呢？這樣上車不方便吧？石璋如先生認為，也許是因為這輛車位於M040出土的五車之首，乘車者身分較尊，毋須頻繁上下，較無不便之虞。\n另外，本所在小屯發掘的馬車，車輿(乘坐的地方)都是箕形(前窄後寬的橢圓形)的，但1949年後由中國安陽考古隊發掘的馬車，車輿大都為長方形的，例如在安陽孝民屯、梅園莊出土的馬車。之後更晚的，像是大家熟知的秦兵馬俑，車輿也是長方形。怎麼會這樣？\n\n學者將馬車形制作分期研究後發現，殷墟一、二期只有箕形車輿；殷墟三期有箕形車輿及長方形車輿的馬車，但到了殷墟四期則只有長方形車輿的馬車，這說明了當時馬車形制探索的過程。雖然春秋戰國時期兩種形制都有，但也還是以長方及方形車輿最多，且馬車的用途已由原先與戰爭有關，轉而變成彰顯身分及禮制的儀仗用器。",

"desc": "<span>到了明朝，<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihpc/hanjieb?VOsWqnIn3\">《大明律例》</a>在律條中將「走車馬」一詞改用「馳驟車馬」，並訂明罰責：無故在街市鎮店肇事致人死者，罰「杖一百流三千里」；在鄉村無人曠野地肇事致死罰責較輕，是「杖一百」，以上均</span>追埋葬銀十兩。\n<br>此外，明律跟之前最大不同處，是剔除了唐律「於城內街巷及人眾中，無故走車馬者，笞五十」的規定；<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihpc/hanjieb?cgwCIiih5\">《王肯堂箋釋》</a>中提及「鄉村及無人曠野地內。則人跡稀少。不禁馳驟。」<span><br>\n</span>由此可知，無故馳驟，在明朝，只要沒有造成人員財物的損害，已經不像之前一樣會被罰「笞五十」。<br>",

"title": "M40馬車復原/就M40中的遺跡復原而成的殷代的車，配以現代的馬",
"desc": "馬車研究最熱門的問題之一，就是馬車結構的復原。1930年代史語所在殷墟發掘出商代馬車後，研究員就展開了復原的工作。因為馬車經過拆解後再埋入，且木結構已腐朽，石璋如先生從遺址出土的青銅車馬器分布位置，結合田野工作中所見的木構及馬骨的遺跡，對M040的馬車進行復原。\n\n在確認馬車結構後，石先生請來了工匠打造小屯墓M040出土的馬車，為了測試馬車是否能載三個人，他到圓山馬場租了兩匹馬並親自試乘。一開始馬兒不跑就是不跑，嗯…原來是軛把馬被磨傷了，在馬背上墊一層護套後，馬拉著車前進後退都不成問題，太神奇了！\n\n隨著更多新的考古工作發掘出的商周馬車，研究者越來越確定馬車的結構及形式。一般而言，門都是朝後的，眼尖的您，是否注意到照片中的馬車，車門怎麼朝前呢？這樣上車不方便吧？石璋如先生認為，也許是因為這輛車位於M040出土的五車之首，乘車者身分較尊，毋須頻繁上下，較無不便之虞。\n另外，本所在小屯發掘的馬車，車輿(乘坐的地方)都是箕形(前窄後寬的橢圓形)的，但1949年後由中國安陽考古隊發掘的馬車，車輿大都為長方形的，例如在安陽孝民屯、梅園莊出土的馬車。之後更晚的，像是大家熟知的秦兵馬俑，車輿也是長方形。怎麼會這樣？\n\n學者將馬車形制作分期研究後發現，殷墟一、二期只有箕形車輿；殷墟三期有箕形車輿及長方形車輿的馬車，但到了殷墟四期則只有長方形車輿的馬車，這說明了當時馬車形制探索的過程。雖然春秋戰國時期兩種形制都有，但也還是以長方及方形車輿最多，且馬車的用途已由原先與戰爭有關，轉而變成彰顯身分及禮制的儀仗用器。",
