"desc": "<span>「<b>一百個客家人中，信主的沒半個人</b>」這句在早期客家宣教社群中廣傳的一句話，點出基督徒比例不到百分之0.5的客家族群，是台灣基督教宣教工作中的一塊「硬土」。<br><br>「<b>硬土</b>」的成因包含客庄多<b>地處偏遠</b>、<b>宣教資源長期不足</b>，而客家人<b>家族意識</b>強烈，改宗過程中個人也面臨極大的壓力。<br><br></span><span>\"Not even half a Hakka person in a hundred Hakka people believe in God,” was a common saying among the early Hakka missionary society, pointing out that Christians comprise less than 0.5 percent of the <span>Hakka community, and is untillable “hard soil” in Christian missionary work in Taiwan.<br><br></span></span>The reasons for this \"hard soil\" include the remoteness of Hakka villages; the chronic shortage of missionary resources; and the strong familial identification among the Hakka, resulting in tremendous pressure for individuals in the process of conversion.<br>",

"desc": "<b>Taiwan Tsung Tsin Mission Association<br></b><span><br><br>1973年，彭德朗牧師從台北溫州街的佈道所，開啟了崇真會的客家福音工作。在幾年之內教會人數增長，受到同為關注客家宣教的香港崇真會與巴色會的支持，於1981年建立現在的台北崇真堂客語教會會堂。\n<br><br>崇真堂以都市教會的力量，投入客庄地區教會的開拓與宣教工作，在1988年以崇真堂聯會的形式聯結各地宣教工作，聯會的教會遍及雙北與桃竹苗的客家地區與都市區，目前共有12個堂點，並且也得到來自美國、香港、韓國等海外差會宣教師的支持、協助教會經營。2010年，聯會為感謝香港崇真會對客家文化與宣教的認同，將組織正式更名為「臺灣崇真會」。<br><br></span><span>In 1973, Rev. Peng Delang began his Hakka Gospel work of the Tsung Tsin mission from the chapel <span>on Wenzhou Street in Taipei. Within a few years, the number of church members grew, which gained the support of the the Hong Kong Tsung Tsin Mission and the Basel Mission Society with their interest in proselytizing to the Hakka community. The current Taipei Tsung Tsin Mission Hakka Church was established in 1981.<br><br></span></span>The Tsung Tsin Mission is devoted to the development of the church and mission work in Hakka regions through the strength of its urban church. In 1988, local mission work was connected in the form of the Tsung Tsin Mission Church Association. The association included 12 churches spread throughout Taipei and New Taipei cities, to Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, which were supported by missionaries from the United States, Hong Kong, South Korea and other overseas mission societies. In 2010, the Association was officially renamed the \"Taiwan Tsung Tsin Mission Society\" in gratitude to the Hong Kong Tsung Tsin Mission for its recognition of Hakka culture and the Christian mission.<br>",

"desc": "<b>Taiwan Hakka Evangelical Association<br></b><span><br><br>早於1980年代興起的客家運動，「全球客家福音協會」（WHEA）在各國客家牧者與信徒的參與下於1978年在台灣成立，日後成為「臺灣客家福音協會」（客福）<br><br>客福不僅在教會內致力於客語聖經的翻譯出版、推廣客語詩歌，同時也因應客家信徒在文化、家庭上面臨的衝突，許多客家牧者通過對客家文化、神學的研究，設計出融合適合客家基督徒的喪禮敬祖儀式；同時客福也作為臺灣客家運動的先行者，在社會與教會中維護客家語言、文化傳承、促進了族群間的相互理解與共榮。<br><br></span><span>Long before the rise of the Hakka movement that began in the 1980s, the World Hakka Evangelical Association (WHEA) had been established in Taiwan in 1978. with the participation of Hakka pastors and faithful from various countries The organization later became known as the Taiwan <span>Hakka Evangelical Association (THEA).<br><br></span></span>THEA is not only committed to the translation and publication of the Hakka Bible, and the promotion of Hakka hymns, it also responded to cultural and familial conflicts faced by Hakka believers. Through the study of Hakka culture and theology, Hakka pastors designed rites that integrated funeral and ancestral rites that were suitable for Hakka Christians; THEA also became a pioneer in the Hakka identity movement, maintaining the heritage of Hakka language and culture in society and church, promoting mutual understanding and prosperity among ethnic groups.<br>",

"desc": "<b>Modified rites for Hakka Christians<br></b><span><br><br>祭祖、燒香、禮敬神佛，這些漢人的民間習俗與基督信仰相遇時，客家牧者與信徒調和兩者，發展出在追思、掃墓儀式中使用水、鮮花、蠟燭，以及〈掃墓歌〉等客家聖歌，讓漢人習俗與基督教文化能夠藉由禮器、儀式改良達到共存。<br><br> 除了祭祖之外，家中擺放的「祖宗牌位」（神主牌）在改宗後何去何從，也是漢人信仰基督教時常面臨的問題。「世代傳承表」即為基督教的家譜，而「祖先紀念表」則是神主牌的替代形式，讓改宗的信徒能夠通過這些形式追念已故家人、以不同的形式延續先人精神。<br><br></span><span>When the Han folk customs of ancestral worship, incense burning, respecting Buddha encounters Christian faith, Hakka pastors and faithful reconciled the two and developed memorial and tomb-sweeping ceremonies that used water, fresh flowers, candles and Hakka hymns such as the “Tomb Sweeping Song”, so that Han ceremoneys and Christian culture can coexist through a modification of ritual implements and rites.<br><br></span>In addition to ancestral worship, the placement of ancestral tablets in the home also became an issue often confronted by the Han who believed in Christianity. The “Generational Heritage Chart” became the Christian genealogical chart and the “Ancestral Memorial Chart,” became a replacement for the ancestral tablet. These forms enabled Christian converts to memorialize their deceased family members, and carry on in the spirit of their ancestors.<br>",
