"desc": "本計畫以建置研究導向知識庫為目的，開發巨量歷史文本資訊擷取技術，探討由人、地、時等面向，整合歷史事件因果與歷程，對漢籍電子文獻資料庫建立一加值應用模式的可能性。<br>近年來隨著自然語言處理 (Natural Language Processing) 技術發展，數位人文研究與應用範疇逐漸拓展，而本研究在相關技術開發與分析成果累積的基礎上，正朝向深度學習 (Deep Learning) 為主軸的演算模式發展，結合時空資訊科學之概念與技術，持續推展文本處理技術之創新研究。",

"desc": "• 以史語所「<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http://archive.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ttsweb/html_name/index.php\">人名權威-人物傳記資料庫</a>」為參照資料來源，透過正規表達擷取器，擷取《<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihpc/hanjieb?wF0ijbGm8\">明實錄</a>》人名標籤，共計8,740筆人名。<br>• 蒐集未經人工標註的《<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihpc/hanjieb?wF0ijbGm8\">明實錄</a>》文本段落共25萬餘筆，其中一部分透過<b>模板標註器</b>處理，自動產生6萬筆訓練資料，再利用這些資料訓練深度學習演算法－BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers)；其後以BERT語言模型來標註剩餘19萬筆段落的人名標籤，完成人名的鏈結處理。<br><div>• 以子五「數位內容學術加值計畫」提供之人工標註資料，檢驗本研究模型準確率約為92.081%。</div>",
