"desc": "台灣防疫的重要措施是口罩實名制，由口罩國家隊製作、郵局運送、藥局與便利商店販售。現在更發展出「雙鋼印」認證。<br><br>日本在四月份疫情高峰時，醫療口罩供給不足，時任日本首相安倍晉三宣布各家戶依照通訊地址，每戶發放布口罩2枚，採取配給制。<br><br>當時發送的口罩由於尺寸略小、採用一般的布材質，被戲稱為「安倍口罩」。",

"desc": "在日本，家長經常需應小孩學校的要求，搭配特製一些手工物品。但並非每位家長都能應付，因此手藝好的家長會接受委託製作。於是疫情期間出現委託製作口罩的「口罩訂製」，可以挑選喜歡的花色，依照大人、小孩尺寸作特製專屬布口罩。<br><br>有些平常製作空手道服的商店也運用道服作為布料，製作相配的口罩。練空手道的小朋友特別喜愛！<br>",

"title": "當島嶼遇到流行病毒",
"desc": "<span>大洋洲多個島國是世界上少數還零確診的地區，一般都歸因於「島嶼」較容易封鎖。重要的是因素是警覺與行動，快速採取嚴格的邊境封鎖措施極為關鍵。島國之所以如此戒慎恐懼，有其歷史因素──大航海時代歐洲人帶入的數波流行疾病如麻疹、天花等，造成島嶼人口巨大損傷，許多島民記憶猶新。雖然人口相對年輕，可能只是輕症或無症狀，但也有一定比例肥胖、慢性疾病等若染疫可能重症的人口，在醫療資源較缺的情況下，各國政府都不敢輕忽。<br></span><span><br>更仔細看疫情統計，會發現同樣是島嶼，大洋洲有幾個地方疫情相對嚴重（如法屬波里尼西亞、關島、夏威夷等）。疫情控制的關鍵因素之一在於邊界自主。獨立島國如前述，邊境管制動作迅速，然而依舊是殖民地<span>的區域較無法自行決定「隔離」，封鎖比較慢或甚至一直關不了門，於是疫情在境內蔓延。<br><br></span></span>◈ 相關研究<br>郭佩宜 2020 當島嶼遇到流行病毒：COVID-19下的大洋洲。芭樂人類學\n2020.09.14。<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://guavanthropology.tw/article/6835\">https://guavanthropology.tw/article/6835</a><br>",
