"title": "一、醫藥及工具陶",
"desc": "早期也有需多陶製工具，一方面是因為早期材料工業並不發達，陶瓷具有比其他材料加工容易的優點，可以塑造成許多特殊的工具：另一方面是因為早期專業工匠缺乏，或者是價錢昂貴，不易買到其他材料的製品，而以陶製品為之。尤其在日治末期受到統制經濟的影響，金屬材料如鐵鋁等都列為軍需品，民間取得並不容易。因此許多工具都以陶器代替，形成一特殊文化景象。<br>在醫藥方面，最常見的陶製品有間中藥用的藥壺，裝中藥材的藥罐，裝膏藥的膏藥盒，裝一般藥品的小藥瓶，以及碾碎藥材的輾船等。<br>（摘錄自《阿嬤硘仔思想起：館藏臺灣民用陶瓷》陳新上著。）",

"desc": "臺灣早期家庭的炊煮，大者用灶，小者用火爐。不同於烘爐出於一般的陶器窯，火爐通常都有專業的窯場生產，稱為「烘爐窯」。這個火爐的胎質較紅，通常是取用紅磚土或陶瓦的黏土來做的，材料都是就地取材，因為它的外表是由模型製成，所以稜角分明，造型顯得相當工整。",

"desc": "由於《三國演義》的渲染，華佗竟成為中國大名醫；而後世民間流傳最廣的，卻是關公刮骨去毒的故事。\n卻說曹仁見關公在戰場上落馬，隨即引兵衝出城來，要突襲，卻被關平一陣殺回，救關公歸寨，拔出臂上利箭。原來箭頭有藥，毒已入骨，右臂青腫，動彈不得。\n眾將見公不肯退兵，瘡又不痊，只得四方尋求名醫。忽一日，有人從江東駕小舟而來，直至寨前。自言姓名，乃沛國，譙郡人，姓華，名佗。因聞關將軍乃天下英雄，今中毒箭，特來醫治。眾將即引華佗入帳見關公。\n關公飲數杯酒後，一面仍與馬良弈棋，一面伸臂令佗割之。華佗取尖刀在手，令一小校，捧一大盆於臂下接血。華佗乃下刀割開皮肉，直至於骨，骨上已青；華佗用刀刮骨，悉悉有聲。帳上帳下見者皆掩面失色，公飲酒食肉，仍舊談笑弈棋，全無痛苦之色。\n此交趾陶三件為一套，關公位在中央，其右側為關平，左側頭戴方帽者為華佗，關公伸出左手臂泰然接受手術之狀，表現得淋漓盡致。\n（施翠峰撰）",

"desc": "臺灣早期在廚房裡炊煮，大的與多的用灶，小的與少的就用火爐。每當廚房炊煙升起，火爐前的小凳子上會有人用力搖動蒲扇來煽爐火，並且一邊不時掀開鍋子，試試食物是否已夠熟，而煎藥時更一定使用火爐來煎煮。臺灣火爐有方形和圓形兩種，圓形屬中國式，方形則是日本式。火爐的製作可能曾受日本影響，由於日治時期日人大量在臺灣使用方形爐，不少日資窯場便專門進行這類生產，本地人也學會這項技術。不過日人撤走後，方形爐的市場便漸漸萎縮而改做圓形火爐。(典藏臺灣陶瓷：陶博館常設展，p.85)",

"desc": "這件燉鍋俗稱「燉筒仔」，又稱「夏壺」。它的造形呈圓筒形，器壁較直，底部內縮，平底，胎壁厚實。施以廢蓄電池鉛釉，呈暗褐色。以轆轤拉坯成形，坯體上還留下許多拉坯的弦紋。可以用來燉煮魚肉之類的食物或食補藥材等。使用時，在燉筒裡面裝盛配好料的食物或補品，加水後蓋上蓋子，或覆上玻璃紙，以免熱氣外洩，保留食物原味。然後放在鍋子中隔水燉煮，利用熱蒸氣將燉筒內的食物煮熟。用燉鍋煮出來的食物味道特別鮮美，很適合於宴會上使用，是民間很喜歡使用的一種烹煮器具。（陳新上撰述）",

"title": "燉鍋",
"desc": "這是現代的燉鍋，是鶯歌「傳興窯業公司」的製品。它的造形源自早期的燉鍋，但經過新型的設計。它的胎質為瓷器，相當潔白，和早期紅陶的胎土不同。其造形大致仍維持傳統燉鍋的形制，器腹為圓鼓形，底部微縮。附蓋，與器身密合。蓋上有傘狀紐，便於掀起。全器施以透明長石釉，已經不是早期陶鍋施用鉛釉。器身口沿附近以及器蓋邊緣以青花畫上兩道邊線，器底另畫一道青線。器身以青花繪出兩片葉子，器蓋只有一片，並以棕色畫出藤蔓，粉紅色畫出花朵。器身和器蓋的紋飾大同小異，但有繁簡主從之分。整個器形造形圓順，相當工整，尤其是潔白的坯體與安全的長石釉，使它在市場上廣受歡迎。北投和鶯歌許多窯場都有燒製者，形制大致相仿，而圖案則略有不同。（陳新上撰）",

"desc": "由於《三國演義》的渲染，華佗竟成為中國大名醫；而後世民間流傳最廣的，卻是關公刮骨去毒的故事。\n卻說曹仁見關公在戰場上落馬，隨即引兵衝出城來，要突襲，卻被關平一陣殺回，救關公歸寨，拔出臂上利箭。原來箭頭有藥，毒已入骨，右臂青腫，動彈不得。\n眾將見公不肯退兵，瘡又不痊，只得四方尋求名醫。忽一日，有人從江東駕小舟而來，直至寨前。自言姓名，乃沛國，譙郡人，姓華，名佗。因聞關將軍乃天下英雄，今中毒箭，特來醫治。眾將即引華佗入帳見關公。\n關公飲數杯酒後，一面仍與馬良弈棋，一面伸臂令佗割之。華佗取尖刀在手，令一小校，捧一大盆於臂下接血。華佗乃下刀割開皮肉，直至於骨，骨上已青；華佗用刀刮骨，悉悉有聲。帳上帳下見者皆掩面失色，公飲酒食肉，仍舊談笑弈棋，全無痛苦之色。\n此交趾陶三件為一套，關公位在中央，其右側為關平，左側頭戴方帽者為華佗，關公伸出左手臂泰然接受手術之狀，表現得淋漓盡致。\n（施翠峰撰）",
