"desc": "為改善行人交通安全，政府修法加重違反<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=K0040012\">〈</a><span><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://law.moj.gov.tw/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=K0040012\">道路交通管理處罰條例〉</a>的</span><span>刑責。<br>而在沒有交通號誌的年代，一旦發生交通事故，肇事者該怎麼處罰呢？<br></span>\n\n<br><span>本展覽從<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihp/hanji.htm\">漢籍全文資料庫</a>中，檢索自唐代<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihpc/hanjieb?r3qPIoudP\">《唐律疏議》</a>至清代<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://hanchi.ihp.sinica.edu.tw/ihpc/hanjieb?FiiiwKSp4\">《大清會典》</a>中有關車馬肇事的條例。<br><br></span>為了行路的安全，每項交通工具都需要走在正確的位置。即使造成不便，願每條路都成為行得通的道，平平安安回家。<br><br>→<i><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https://openmuseum.tw/muse/exhibition/e6cf96e8c9b5ef209499e87d004e757c\">進入展㕔</a></i>",
