"desc": "陳汶選令兒子陳自𨝎取茶，因茶不熱氣憤潑灑在地，斥罵並拿棍追打兒子陳自𨝎<span>。不料踩到地上潑茶造成的溼滑處滑倒撞傷死亡。<br><br></span><span>原本擬定過失殺父絞決，但陳汶選為自行跌倒受傷斃命，與殺父者不同。後援引他案依「子違犯教令致父自盡例」擬以絞候。<br><br></span>絞候（絞監候）：判處絞刑，但不立刻實行。等待秋審時再酌情辦理。",
