"title": "鶯歌陶瓷發展",
"desc": "鶯歌地區近世以來的陶瓷文化，是從19世紀初期漢人移民所帶來的原鄉製陶技術開始發展。20世紀初期由農村家庭工業的模式走向產業化，至20世紀中葉形成完整的產業鏈，在20世紀末發展達到高峰，自此鶯歌從鄉村小鎮躍身成為臺灣最重要的陶瓷產地。\n\n \n<br>時至今日，鶯歌從煙囪林立的工業城鎮，搖身一變成為國際級的陶瓷藝術重鎮。本展廳以臺灣閩南語的「硘仔鎮」為主題，從人文地理條件探討鶯歌發展陶瓷產業的契機，再從生產方式、經營模式、產品類型及產業轉型等面向，呈現兩百多年來鶯歌陶瓷的發展面貌。",

"title": "得天獨厚的條件",
"desc": "早年鶯歌的尖山與鄰近的兔仔坑、大湳等地都出產黏土，鶯歌和周遭地區的煤礦與林木資源也十分豐富，容易取得製陶原料與燃料。\n<br>泉州磁灶的吳姓家族在19世紀初期來到鶯歌的大湖一帶發展，開啟近世製陶文化。\n<br>鶯歌在交通上擁有縱貫線鐵路車站，早期也有輕便鐵道以及大漢溪航運，有利於產品運輸銷售。這些得天獨厚的條件，成為鶯歌陶瓷產業的發展基石。<br>-<br><b>鶯歌與鐵道</b><br>鶯歌的鐵道運輸發展甚早，1901年已設立車站，曾是重要的煤礦與貨物轉運站，也設有臺灣少見的軍用鐵路支線。<br>",

"title": "成為臺灣陶瓷重鎮",
"desc": "鶯歌陶瓷產業在20世紀中葉開始快速發展的重要因素，是受惠於北投陶瓷產業的擴散效應。鶯歌在1970年代鋪設天然氣管線後，獲得發展陶瓷產業的絕對優勢，業者不再仰賴煤炭燃料，改用瓦斯或電力燒製，也引進外國原料、設備與技術來提升產品的品質，讓鶯歌逐漸超越北投，成為臺灣最重要的陶瓷產地。<br>-<br>本處3輛車體並非早期載運陶瓷所用車輛，而是2000年鶯歌陶瓷博物館開館之初，由臺灣糖業公司移撥之糖業鐵路專用甘蔗車。為尊重早期開館的規劃與構想，仍將退役車輛以文物展示臺座的形式在此呈現，也讓鶯歌與臺灣鐵道歷史的關係更加密切。<br>",

"title": "產業化與經營模式",
"desc": "鶯歌地區的製陶業者的數量在20世紀初期逐漸增加，同業之間競爭加劇。日本政府為了規範銷售秩序，於1921年成立尖山陶器生產販賣組合，開啟鶯歌製陶走向產業化發展的契機。<br>二戰後是鶯歌陶瓷產業發展的關鍵時期，除了在地居民持續投入外，許多外地相關從業人員也來鶯歌發展。<br><br>1955年臺灣工礦公司轉為民營化後，北投陶瓷耐火器材廠許多具有研究、開發與生產工作經驗的員工來到鶯歌創業或擔任技術人員，使陶瓷業者迅速增加。\n\n鶯歌也吸引原料、設備、批發貿易等相關行業與協力廠商聚集，成為集結生產與販售的完整陶瓷產業鏈。有些業者便將部分製作過程委託其他廠商代工，或是購買半成品加工，發展出專業分工的經營模式。<br>在地居民也利用空暇時間到工廠兼差，或是以家庭代工的模式從事陶瓷產品加工作業。這些極具在地特色的副業，成為許多鶯歌居民投身陶瓷產業的契機。",

"desc": "傳統陶瓷生產方式多為手工製作，使用木柴、粗糠等燃料，讓產品的品質與燒成率難以控制。<br>鶯歌在20世紀初期開始發展現代化的生產方式，引進機械設備與新型窯爐，使用的能源也陸續改為煤礦、重油、瓦斯與電力。 <br>現代化的生產方式採用模具或機器設備增加效率，原料也經過精練與調配，並遵循標準化的作業流程，讓產品的燒製時間降低到最快數小時即可完成，大幅提升生產效率與品質。",

"desc": "煙囪林立與滿天灰煙，是20世紀中葉鶯歌特有的街景風貌。<br>當時許多陶瓷業者興建具有高大煙囪的四角窯取代傳統窯爐，但因為生煤燃料在燒製過程會產生大量的濃煙，造成空氣汙染，使得政府以法規限制燃燒生煤，並補助業者建置瓦斯窯，四角窯因此快速被淘汰與拆除。",

"title": "穿梭窯爐的臺車、隧道窯模擬區",
"desc": "為了增加產能與降低成本，除了改用重油與瓦斯做為燃料，也引進新型窯爐。隧道窯以整列臺車載運產品，持續地進入窯爐燒製，大幅提升產量。梭子窯的餘熱利用率高，具有節能效益，也透過數輛臺車交替進出窯爐，在前一輛燒製時即可整備下一輛，大幅加速生產效率。<br>-<br>隧道窯分為預熱帶、燒成帶、冷卻帶三大部分，窯爐長度可從數十公尺到一百公尺，坯體透過臺車載運進入，燒成後由另一端出來。因隧道窯可做到不停火連續燒製，生產效率因此大幅提升，是陶瓷產業走向量產化的重要生產設施。本區域模擬隧道窯的燒成帶，使用燃料為重油，最高的燒成溫度可達攝氏1200度。也展示窯爐內臺車載運堆疊的匣缽，呈現燒製馬賽克瓷磚情境。<br>",
