This collaborative exhibition also commemorates the reunion of kaviyangan’s artefacts and their “families” after 60 years of separation.</span><div><br></div></span></div><div><span>The exhibition was organised by the kaviyangan Community Development Association, with curators including adrucangalj taluviljav*, the chairperson of&nbsp; the community Development Association and Hu Tai-li, the Distinguished Professor from the Institute of Ethnology.From the youngest to the oldest, the entire kaviyangan community eagerly participated in the homecoming of their vuvu**<span>, which embodies the intimacy and respect of the artefacts as their ancestral spirits.<br></span></span><br>As the box was opened in the welcoming ceremony, Community Leader alingan zingrur shed tears of joy as she finally saw the “vuvu artefacts” return and reunion with their community.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Time flew by as members of the kaviyangan community and the vuvu artefacts spent time together. After two months of the exhibition duration, kaviyangan community members lined up along the road to bid farewell to their beloved taivuvu** as they returned to MIOE.<br></div><div><br></div><div><span>Three years later, kaviyangan community members still cherish the joyful memories of those two months.Through the establishment of this online exhibition on Open Museum, these precious memories are preserved digitally. It also allows community members and the public to revisit the charm of vuvu artefacts.<div><br><span>*The writing system of Pinayuanan (<span>the Paiwan language) in kaviyangan, according to the locals, was introduced by the Catholic Church and romanised into written form from oral speech. Moreover, curator adrucangalj taluviljav also provides detailed cultural contexts as explanations for exhibition visitors to deepen their understanding of the artefacts and the k<span>aviyangan community.<br></span></span><br><span>At the end of the online exhibition, community leaders review the influence of this collaborative exhibition and community participation among the kaviyangan community. These efforts are contributing to the sustainability of the kaviyangan community in preserving its precious cultural heritage.<br></span><br>Through the online exhibition, we can now “reunite” with
