[日文]臨海道路の断崖直立八千八十余尺、恰も太平洋の怒濤に其の脚を洗ふに似たる清水山の中腹に、而も大理石より成る断崖を穿ちたる、奇絶怪絶の臨海道路は、何人と雖も唯唖然として、壮観と絶叫するの外適当の辞を知らざるところ。
