[英文]Panoramic View of the Boalum Camp in May
[英文]ボア─ルン (Boārun) is also written as @Boaalon@ @Boalum@ and @Boarung@ in reference works about Indigenous Taiwan ethnology and history. In Chinese, it has been written @波阿倫.@ Today it is known as @廬山部落.@ This settlement was just due east of Musha/Wushe 霧社, the administrative center that was the site of the famous 10/27/1930 rebellion. Its inhabitants participated in the rebellion, and were forcibly relocated to Kawanakajima 川中島 in 1931.
