貝幣是除了石錢之外，通行於雅浦（密克羅尼西亞）的貨幣，常見的有 yar（珠母貝）和 gau（經常串連鯨魚牙）兩種。於鮑克蘭所攝的照片中，一位雅浦人戴著貝殼錢。
Besides stone money, shell money is the circulating currencies in Yap, such as "gau” (usually threaded together with whale teeth) and “yar” (mother-of-pearl). The photo taken by Inez de Beauclair shows a Yapese man with shell money.
